Customer information
Delivery and use
All our books are delivered by electronic download after the online payment of the cost of the ebook(s) via Paypal. We actually use a payment and download system provided by Payloadz, using their secure servers, which is integrated with this site and with Paypal.
Once downloaded onto your computer, the ebooks can be read using the Microsoft Reader platform. If you do not have Microsoft Reader on your computer, you can download it by clicking on this link: Microsoft Reader.
Click here to see an example image of a Microsoft Reader page. (Please note that the image will have none of the functionality of the program itself.)
Running the ebooks
When you click on the ‘download’ button, you agree that you are exempting Ocelot Books from any liability for any form of malfunctioning of your computer. We have never experienced any problems with Microsoft Reader nor with the functioning of our ebooks using that platform. However, if you have any queries or problems with the ebooks, please contact us at interchange@ocelotbooks.com and we will aim to answer your questions within 1 - 2 working days.
Returns policy
If you contact us within three weeks of receipt of your ebook, saying that you wish to cancel your payment, we will refund your money and simply ask you to delete your ebook from your computer. Please e-mail your request to: sales@ocelotbooks.com.
Forwarding ebooks to friends and contacts
Please don’t do this as it’s against the copyright terms of the ebook. Please do send people the web address of Ocelot Books and let them decide if they would like to download an ebook or two. Thanks.
Adult content
Two of the books on this site are described as containing adult content; what is meant by this is that they reflect the fact that the body is, naturally, as much a part of life as the mind and the spirit - they’re not intended to be seen as erotica.
